About me
I've been there. I understand. And I believe there's always a way forward.After more than two decades working in global organisations, including senior executive and C-suite leadership roles, I've learned that success is rarely a straight line.I've built my career across finance, strategy, sustainability and business transformation, working with international teams, advising senior executives and navigating the complexities of large corporate organisations. I've led teams across multiple countries, managed significant budgets, influenced strategic decisions and helped organisations respond to change.Along the way, I've experienced the realities that don't always appear in leadership books: the pressure to deliver, the complexity of workplace relationships, the challenge of making difficult decisions and the isolation that can come with seniority.But I've also learned that talent, hard work and ambition aren't always enough.Career success requires understanding how organisations work, building relationships, developing influence and knowing when to challenge the status quo. I've seen talented people flourish and equally talented people struggle to gain recognition.
